The title Transformed in Love is in the passive to signify that after all we do to love deeply, it is the grace of God that transforms us. This program was developed in prayer with a sense that the Holy Spirit was instrumental. The publishers, Pauline Books and Media, have also committed their prayer support. We encourage you to include prayer as you implement the program as well in whatever way you see best; individually, as a parish, Eucharistic Adoration, etc.
The Leader and Team Manual for Transformed in Love includes information on what to look for in recruiting team members, their roles and responsibilities and a three step process for training team members. The ideal team would include a priest, four married couples, master of ceremonies, and hospitality coordinator. However, the program can be run with a minimal team consisting of a priest and two married couples.
Involvement with a marriage preparation program is rewarding, but it requires preparation and commitment. Those who put together Transformed in Love have been in marriage ministry for years and know first hand the type of encouragement, support, resources, and information leaders and team members need to run an effective marriage preparation program, making it as simple as possible. Team Member Information and Preparation Materials include Ten Steps to Prepare Topic Content, Content Review Worksheet, Tips for Witness Presentations, a Practice Worksheet, Team Member Prayers, Small Group Discussion Facilitation, and more.
A program evaluation is available at the back of each Leader and Team Manual to facilitate obtaining feedback from all your participants about the impact the program is making in their lives.
